Wayne comes from a line of entrepreneurs stretching back to the early 1900s when his grandfather, Alfred H. Grebe, Sr., owned and operated Grebe Radio, one of the premier radio manufacturing companies of that era.

During the early 2000s Wayne owned and operated Handcraft Homes, a residential homebuilding business, that built the first USGBC LEED certified home in the Greater Richmond, VA area.

Wayne is a certified Project Manager Professional with a background in residential and commercial construction, as well as information technology (LinkedIn).
